Grade Students after Mass on Wednesday, January 18.
MARDI GRAS DRAW PLANNING MEETING -- A planning meeting will be held on
Wednesday, January 24 at 6:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. We invite and encourage our
parents to please attend and help with this fundraiser.
We will celebrate Catholic Schools Week January 28 through February 3. Mr. Lopez, some
of our parents and students will be speaking at all masses January 27 and 28. We ask our
students to wear their school uniforms to mass.
We have many activities planned during the week. See Page 2 of this newsletter for a listing
of the activities planned for each day of the week.
2018-19 REGISTRATION -- Registration for the 2018-19 school year will begin February 1.
MARDI GRAS DRAW TICKETS Many parents have not turned in their stubs for the
tickets purchased at registration. If you have not returned you ticket stubs, please send them
in to the office. The stubs are needed to place your name in the drawing.
JANUARY TUITION PAYMENTS January tuition payments were due January 1. If
tuition is not paid by the 10
of the month, a $20 late fee will be charged.
2017 EXTENDED CARE AND PRESCHOOL TUITION If you would like a statement
of your child’s extended care and/or preschool tuition paid in 2017, please contact the office.
Letters will be sent home within a few days of the request. Letters cannot be prepared on the
day the request is made.
WORLD’S FINEST CHOCOLATE CANDY BARS We have some boxes of World’s
Finest Chocolate Candy Bars on hand. If you can help us by selling another box of candy,
please come to the school office. Or, if you would like to purchase bars, they are for sale in
the school office.
COMPUTER CLUB The first meeting of the Sacred Heart Computer Club will be
